今年各类自然灾害已致全国1074人死亡
Natural disasters across China have left at least 1,074 people dead and 270 unaccounted for since the beginning of the year, an official at the Ministry of Civil Affairs said last Tuesday.
民政部官员上周二表示，今年年初以来，全国各地的自然灾害共造成至少1074人死亡，270人失踪。The most notable events included floods, heavy winds, hail and a range of geological disasters, said Yang Xiaodong, deputy head of the disaster relief department in the ministry.
