近日，全国“扫黄打非”工作小组办公室、财政部、国家新闻出版署、国家版权局四部门，联合修订并发布新的《“扫黄打非”工作举报奖励办法》（下称《办法》）。办法详细规定了举报有功人员奖励标准的十一种情况，提高了相关奖励标准。如对举报非法出版活动的，最高奖励可达60万元；对举报涉及危害未成年人身心健康、危害社会公德的网络信息和网络应用的，最高奖励可达5万元。

BEIJING - China is looking to raise the rewards for those who report pornographic and illegal publications to as high as 600,000 yuan (around 86,480 US dollars), according to a new guideline on the rewards.

北京消息，据最新发布的奖励办法，中国计划对举报淫秽、非法出版活动者提供最高60万元的奖励。

全国“扫黄打非”工作小组办公室（National Office Against Pornographic and Illegal Publications）、财政部（Ministry of Finance）、国家新闻出版署、国家版权局四部门，联合修订并发布（jointly reviewed and issued）新的《“扫黄打非”工作举报奖励办法》（下称《办法》）。办法明确了属于“扫黄打非”举报奖励范围的十六种情形（circumstances），细化、完善了“扫黄打非”举报奖励范围（range）、奖励标准（standard）、奖励程序（procedure）与监督（supervision）等内容。
全国“扫黄打非”办公室负责人介绍，“扫黄打非”工作（the work against pornographic and illegal publications）始终离不开广大人民群众的支持和参与（the support and participation of the public）。“扫黄打非”举报奖励制度（reward system for reports）也要与时俱进（advance with the times）。
这次修订（revisions）举报奖励办法，有利于充分鼓励、调动（motivate）群众参与“扫黄打非”工作的积极性，有助于打击涉及“黄”“非”活动的违法犯罪分子（crack down on those involved in activities related to pornographic and illegal publications），进一步推动“扫黄打非”工作深入开展。
新举报奖励办法（guideline on the rewards）将从2018年12月1日起施行（go into effect）。
